"Sub nomine dato" means that this was collected (or was growing) "under the name given". The other text looks like "Pet. Hill" which might be the collector's name (e.g., Peter Hill) or could even be a locality. Without more context from the rest of the label I'm not exactly sure.

Hello,
I've joined recently the project, and surely made some mistakes when I made the first transcriptions. I had the same difficulty as Joe Hugues with a similar label, but after I made more researches and found that in the Arnold Arboretum, there is a place named Peters Hill. Then I think the right translation for "sub nomine dato" is "in the place called".
