Can only make out "1/2 mile NE Frysville, open woods near..." but am unable to determine the last bit of location information. My best guesses (Rd. Mile Rock, Miel Rock, Mile Race, etc.) do not seem to exist in the vicinity of Frysville or Lancaster County.

To me it looks like "Open woods near Old Mill Rock", but that doesn't seem to match with anything near Frysville either.

Perhaps someone will be able to annotate the exact location in the future once this data/image are online!

Old Mill Race.  I had that one before; it's a waterway in that location.  I couldn't figure out the word Frysville!  or that random (Fry) and what it meant...

Oh, nicely done Ronni. Good catch!
