Specimen identification & Associated taxa

Most specimen labels will have the species' taxonomic identity listed, usually near the top of the label. In the example from the image below, the name Deparia acrostichoides does not get transcribed and does not get entered into the Associated taxa field.

The only names that should be entered into the Associated taxa field would be listed further down the label, and may be indicated with the notation "growing with", "growing nearby", or "associated with" (see the blue box in the below image).
